How do I stop getting paper invoices or paper shipping documents?
FedEx Custom Critical offers several options:

• Tell us if you wish to stop receiving invoices and/or paper by mail
• Access outstanding invoices and shipping documents online by becoming a registered Shipping Toolkit user.
• Set up Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for invoicing.
