Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Who should use it?
Any FedEx Custom Critical customer may pay invoices by EFT.

How does it work?
Communicate to your bank where, how much and to whom a payment needs to be sent. Your bank then sends a payment electronically to FedEx Custom Critical’s bank.

What are the benefits?
  • Saves time. 
  • Reduces check-processing costs and eliminates paperwork.
  • Streamlines remittance and payment processing. 

How do I get it?
Call 1.800.334.1751 between 7:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, and obtain the FedEx Custom Critical information you need to set up the EFT transaction with your bank.
