Credit Card

Who should use it?
Any FedEx Custom Critical customer can conveniently pay by credit card. We accept Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express®.

How does it work?
There are several  ways you can use your credit card:

  • After setting up your order by phone, indicate your payment preference and you will be transferred to an Accounts Receivable Representative who can charge your credit card for the amount confirmed for that shipment.
  • After you receive paper invoices, an Accounts Receivable Representative can process your credit card payment by phone. The Accounts Receivable Representative will confirm with you which invoices you want to settle and the total amount.
  • Registered Shipping Toolkit users can view FedEx Custom Critical outstanding invoices online.

How do I get it?

  • Pay your open invoices by credit card via phone. Call 1.800.334.1751 between 7:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
