Credit Card

Who should use it?
Any FedEx Custom Critical customer can conveniently pay by credit card. We accept Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express®.

How does it work?
There are several  ways you can use your credit card:

  • At order setup by phone, indicate your payment preference and a customer service representative can charge your credit card for the amount confirmed for that shipment.
  • After you receive paper invoices, you can request a customer service representative to process your credit card payment by phone. The customer service representative will confirm with you which invoices you want to settle and the total amount. After you verbally agree, FedEx Custom Critical initiates the charge and sends an update to the  Accounts Receivables team.
  • Registered Shipping Toolkit users can view FedEx Custom Critical outstanding invoices online and pay by credit card.

What are the benefits?

  • Save on paper check processing and postage.
  • Payment status for your account is updated sooner.

How do I get it?
There are two options to start paying open invoices by credit card.

  • Registered users can visit Account Summary. To register for the Shipping Toolkit, visit http://customcritical.fedex.com/registration
  • Pay your open invoices by credit card via phone. Call 1.800.334.1751 between 7:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
