You can't ride along with your shipment, so let us do the work for you. FedEx Custom Critical® will monitor your shipment with SenseAwareSM, a FedEx innovation.
Here's how it works:
- We program the SenseAware device with your specific parameters and send it to you
via FedEx Express®.
- You place the device inside your shipment, whether that is inside a package, a box or within a pallet.
- We take it from there, as we proactively monitor the information you require. This can include location, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure and light exposure to determine if your shipment has been opened.
- We'll send you a login as well, so you can monitor the information online.
- When the shipment is complete, simply return the device with the provided pre-labeled return box.
